Why is Truckstar Festival so popular?
What makes Truckstar special is its atmosphere. As soon as you enter the circuit, there are trucks everywhere: alongside the track, in the paddock, in the infield and by the stands. Show trucks, classics, American trucks, powerful Scanias, Volvos, DAFs, MANs and Mercedes trucks stand side by side.
For many drivers, Truckstar is more than an event. It is a weekend away with colleagues, friends and family. Complete mini campsites spring up around the circuit, with chairs, barbecues and decorated trucks. Basic knowledge about trucks comes to life here for visitors: it is not just about looking at trucks, but really experiencing the truck world.
What can you expect?
The programme consists of far more than parked trucks alone. There are shows, competitions, music and activities for all ages on and around the circuit.

Who is Truckstar Festival for?
Truckstar is naturally a dream weekend for drivers and truck spotters, but the festival has broader appeal than that. Families, photographers, model truck enthusiasts and visitors simply looking for an impressive day out will all find plenty to enjoy.
Especially for truck spotters, this is one of the best places to be during the year. In one weekend, you will see more unique trucks than you would normally encounter by the roadside in months. From immaculately polished show trucks to heavily customised interiors, and from classics to modern tractor units with light displays, it is all gathered in one place.

Is Profile Truckstar Festival worth visiting?
If you love trucks, Profile Truckstar Festival, like Truckshow Veenendaal, is an event you really need to experience at least once. It is big, loud, sociable and above all hugely impressive. The combination of thousands of trucks, show trucks, music, track action and genuine driver culture makes the festival unique in Europe.
For TruckCulture, just as with Truckshow Lubbeek, this is exactly the kind of event where truck enthusiasts come together: spotters, drivers, fans and builders of the finest trucks. If you are heading to Assen in 2026, there is a good chance you will return home with a full camera roll, an empty phone battery and plenty of inspiration.
